Participation in Phoenix Haven Services is voluntary.
To remain in good standing, residents must follow all policies, respect fellow participants, and stay current on program contributions or fees.
Residents may remain in the program as long as they continue to meet expectations and show progress toward personal goals.
Treat everyone with dignity and kindness.
Physical or verbal threats, fighting, or theft will result in immediate dismissal.
Weapons, illegal substances, and disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited.
Respect privacy — do not enter another resident’s room or borrow personal belongings.
Curfew is 10:00 p.m. unless approved for work or emergencies.
Residents must notify staff if employment requires late hours.
Random room checks are conducted to ensure cleanliness and safety.
Residents are encouraged to seek and maintain employment.
Report all job details, schedules, or changes to your program director.
Transportation is the participant’s responsibility unless otherwise arranged.
Phoenix Haven Services maintains a drug- and alcohol-free community.
Use or possession of alcohol, illegal drugs, or misuse of prescriptions is not permitted on or off premises.
Random drug testing may occur at any time. Refusal or positive results can result in dismissal.
Keep bedrooms and shared spaces neat and sanitary at all times.
Report maintenance issues promptly.
Food and beverages are allowed only in designated kitchen or dining areas.
Smoking and vaping are permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
For safety, no unapproved visitors are allowed inside or around the property.
Avoid loud talking, loitering, or disruptive behavior in or outside the home.
Quiet hours: 10:00 p.m. – 9:00 a.m.
Always wear appropriate clothing in shared spaces.
Daily showers and good hygiene are required.
Pajamas or lounge wear may be worn only after 8 p.m.
Respect quiet hours — limit cell-phone or electronic use late at night.
Use headphones when listening to media or taking calls in shared areas.
Participation in Phoenix Haven Services is a privilege, not a tenancy.
Failure to follow program rules or pay required fees may result in immediate dismissal.
Residents asked to leave must take all personal belongings within 24 hours. Phoenix Haven Services is not responsible for unclaimed property.
